The ‘Dining Room’ is designed for wine and gastronomy lovers, to immerse your senses through three unique experiences that will reignite the very essence of the passion that drives you. A culinary workshop, a bistronomic lunch, or a gastronomic dinner, these unforgettable occasions are all about sharing and hospitality, two fundamental values that define L’Oratoire des Papes.

CULINARY WORKSHOP AT THE PRIORY
During this hands-on experience, you will create a lunch celebrating local and seasonal Provençal produce, perfectly paired with the wines of L’Oratoire des Papes. Put your apron on and roll your sleeves up alongside our Chef who will reveal his techniques, tips, and secrets, allowing you to take an active role. A gastronomic experience inspired by tradition and savoir-faire.
• Presentation of the estate’s history and terroirs
• Tour of the vinification and aging cellars

• Lunch concocted by yourself alongside our Chef using meat cooked in our rotisserie.

The ‘Dining Room’ welcomes you to enjoy a wine tasting followed by a bistronomic lunch, or a gourmet dinner at the heart of a Provençal kitchen. Our Chef will be delighted to prepare a selection of exceptional local dishes in our rotisserie and traditional cooker using locally sourced seasonal produce. To complement these dishes, we offer a vertical wine tasting of the finest old vintages, in both red and white, from the Priory’s private wine library.
